In order to view the PDF version properly, Adobe Reader should be used (although I would think other dedicated PDF viewers would work fine also). For some reason, every browser I’ve tried (Chrome, Edge, Brave) makes nearly every image in the book appear blurry. I’ve confirmed that this is the case on other computers too, but I also confirmed that it looks perfect on Adobe Reader on other computers. I hate for it to be this way, but I pretty much lost my mind over the past few days trying to solve this problem and I couldn’t do it.
It’s also important to change the default settings in Adobe Reader to see it properly.
You need to go to: Edit > Preferences… > Page Display > Resolution > “Use system setting”
Doing that will make it look how it should.
If you wish, you can view the PDF in any browser, as you normally would, and it’ll be readable, but everything will be blurry.
I also uploaded a DOCX version of the book in case anyone prefers that.
I uploaded all of the images I used in the book (full resolution) so that anyone can use them if desired. They are roughly in order, as I just ordered them 1, 2, 3, and so on as I used them. Most will not be useful but some can be used for side-by-sides and such.
